Of Course I'm An Employee!! I worked as a painter. When I was hurt on the job they tried to tell me that I was not an employee! Through Mr Sholdas' hard work, the WSIB ruled in my favor. I can't go back to my job but I am receiving benefits - I'm so relieved! Thanks a lot Peter!
